Each project is different, but the process is pretty much the same each time. Here is how i tackle each new client work
Gain an empathic understanding of the problem i'm trying to solve.
Accumulate the information I have created and gathered during the Empathize stage. Analyze the observations and synthesize them to define the core problems me and my team have identified up to this point.
Look for alternative ways to view the problem and identify innovative solutions to the problem statement i’ve created.
Produce a number of inexpensive, scaled-down versions of the product (or specific features found within the product) to investigate the key solutions generated in the Ideate stage.
Use the results to redefine one or more further problems. So, I can return to previous stages to make further iterations, alterations and refinements – to find or rule out alternative solutions.
